Flu vaccination update: 11/11/09

 

H1N1 vaccinations:

  • Appointments currently available for pregnant MIT employees, pregnant MIT students, pregnant spouses/partners of MIT students. Also vaccinating spouses/partners of pregnant employees and students in their third trimester. Call 617-253-4865 to schedule an appointment. We’ll begin vaccinating pregnant spouses of MIT employees who are not MIT Health Plan members as additional vaccine arrives

Seasonal vaccinations: Currently vaccinating only MIT Medical patients in high-risk categories. Other MIT Medical patients: call 617-253-4865 to be added to waiting list.

Avoid the Flu!

  1. Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and warm water, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  2. Cover coughs and sneezes
  3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  4. Stay home if you are feeling sick
