How Do I Resolve a Problem With My Bill?

  • If you have a question about a bill for services provided at MIT Medical, call our billing office at 617-258-5336.
  • If you have questions about claims for services provided outside of MIT Medical or coverage or benefits under any of the MIT health plans, call Member Services at 617-253-5979.
  • If you have outside insurance, confirm with your carrier that services provided by MIT Medical are covered. Then give our billing office your insurance information, so we can bill the carrier directly.
