At the Center for Health Promotion & Wellness, we have seen how healthy, mindful living can help faculty, staff, and students achieve success in all facets of their lives. We are inspired to work alongside MIT community members who choose to learn new ways to care for themselves and others.
The Center’s team is made up of the clinical director for campus life, Maryanne Kirkbride, a team of highly trained health educators, and experienced staff members.

The Center for Health Promotion & Wellness sponsors programs, wellness classes, groups, workshops, and lectures throughout the year. If we don’t offer a service you need, we will be happy to help you find it.
The Center also houses a library of specially selected resources, including books, pamphlets, and videos, and provides access to online resources. We also make referrals for services that are not offered at MIT.
