Violence Prevention and Response: Campus Education

Campus education

The Program for Violence Prevention and Response (VPR) can provide highly interactive, discussion-based, prevention and awareness education to any MIT-affiliated groups including, but not limited to:

  • FSILGs
  • Residence halls
  • Athletics & club sports
  • Faculty/staff groups
  • Student organizations

Topics covered may include:

  • Rape and sexual assault facts and prevention strategies
  • Alcohol and sexual consent
  • Intimate partner violence
  • Stalking
  • Sexual harassment
  • Exploring and redefining gender roles
  • Bystander intervention
  • Healthy versus unhealthy relationships
  • Specifically requested topics
